It's strange to see fungus in turf at this time of year, but because of the unusual warm weather and cool nights, along with rain, the environment is ripe for the pathogens. Below is a picture of a clients zoysia grass with brown patch. It can be treated with a fungicide to keep it from spreading. Once the colder weather gets here and the grass goes dormant there is no need to worry. However I would pay close attention to the area in the spring.
